I make all of my ceramic pieces from stoneware. Each piece is hand formed; no wheel is used. No two pieces are the same and have slight imperfections due to being handbuilt. After the piece is finished, it is allowed to dry and is then fired, glazed with food safe glazes. The piece is fired one more time at a very high-temperature to make it watertight.
